Japanese Dolphinariums 101: Shibushiwan Daikoku Dolphin Land

A post shared by KEIKO (@keiko_conservation) on

It is of extreme importance to remember that the majority of the Japanese people are completely unaware of the drive fisheries and the ways that these animals are collected for their entertainment. Media in Japan will not and does not cover it. Anger directed at the Japanese public would be an unhelpful approach. It is our goal to find creative ways to expose them to these fisheries and hopefully aid in encouraging a change from within the country.
